Job Role: Account Manager
Permanent role
Salary: £24,000-£25,000 depending on skills and experience plus company bonus
Location: South Leicester
The Opportunity
Do you have previous experience within Account Management and ideally manufacturing? Have you got excellent communication skills and the ability of working within a busy working environment? Full responsibility for establishing and maintaining customer requirements and taking responsibility for customer contact. My client is a well know and established brand with excellent values and due to growth, this role has been created so its an exciting time to join the business. They have premium brand products that are well recognised and valued and that meet the needs of the clients and the markets they operate in.
The Role
• Ensure excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts to generate growth
• Manage follow ups from existing customers, prospects, quotations
• Manage the process from start to finish and work with clients to assess their needs
• Building relationships with contacts to existing accounts
• Supporting the Sales team in the UK and Abroad
• Negotiating on price, process the order and liaising with Manufacturing
• Planning, proriting and project management
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and the team
• Working with e-mail, telephone to increase customer rapport
• Take enquiries for estimating/samples ensuring all customer requirements are met and under-stood
• Order and trace materials required for job liaising with production and delivery dates
• Address any customer questions/complaints/concerns and get the right resolution
• Open and maintain customer accounts and liaise with the Accounts department
• Working in a timely manner ensuring all customer calls are returned, quotes are in line with company time lines
• Ensure all relevant information is logged on our bespoke CRM/Quoting/order processing system
• Ensure all process and procedures are followed and maintained and all paperwork is filled in cor-rectly
• Work closely with other team member to fulfil customer requirements

The successful candidate will: -
• Be able to demonstrate professionalism, confident, telephone skills
• Have the ability to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
• Excellent communicator both written and verbal
• Ability to multi task and proven customer experience
• Self-motivated and demonstrates initiative and results oriented
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong customer focus

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5:30pm. Friday is 9am to 4:30pm .37.5 hour working week.23 days holiday plus bank holidays Additional benefits include .Pension and Personal healthcare along with a company bonus
