Flowers HR are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client in Leicester as they are looking for a L&D administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

A successful L&D administaror will be commercially focused, with an ability to produce reports based on e learning programme; liaising with various stakeholders, advising them on different stages throughout the process, chasing employees to submit their applications and supporting the L&D Manager with ad hoc duties.
To be considered for the role, you must demonstrate the below:
-strong excel skills, including pivot tables, macros & V look ups
-excellent communication skills – both spoken and written
-ability to work to tight deadlines
-confidence when liaising with senior management
-analytical approach towards work
Previous experience within the L&D function, focusing on e learning is highly desirable but not essential
