Flowers Associates have partnered with a successful local business to help them recruit for a Call Centre Team Leader due to continuous growth.

In this busy role, you will be responsible for managing and improving the team performance ensuring targets are met.
Working closely with 15 members of staff, you will coach, mentor and lead by example, ensuring clients receive quality customer service.
The main objective for the role is to reduce call queues, ensuring all customers are treated fairly and are called back within agreed SLA’s.
-Reviewing and setting up team targets
-Monitoring sickness and absence and involving HR department
-Producing and presenting performance reports to senior management
-Leading daily team huddles, maintaining a positive attitude to inspire colleagues
-Attending client meeting and representing the business in a professional manner
-Conducting monthly 1-2-1’s and ensuring appropriate plans are in place for under performance
My client is looking for an energetic individual with strong leadership skills who will be able to identify processes improvement methods whilst remaining courteous and professional.
