Internal Sales/ Customer Service Advisor Ref: BJ689

The Opportunity

Do you have a wealth of experience within Customer Support? Used to working within a demanding office environment? Do you have the proven ability to upsell and identify customers buying needs resulting in increased sales?

The Role

  • To ensure the accurate and timely entry of ATI sales orders and follow up all customer requests to obtain orders
  • Nurturing and building up existing customer accounts through upselling
  • Identifying customer trends and buying needs
  • To ensure that all customer pricing requests are managed as per the agreed processes 
  • To ensure that complaints are managed according to the process and to the satisfaction of the customer, escalating when that is not the cases
  • Accuracy of order entry
  • Orders generated from the follow up of samples, quotations, literature and all other relevant information sent to customers
  • Ensure that customer price confirmation requests over the phone are handled appropriately
  • To coordinate and respond to all customer technical enquiries and to maintain

The Candidate

  • Sound knowledge of general office administration procedures
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good computer literacy skills including Microsoft packages
  • Strong upselling abilities
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to working in a fast-paced environment
