To provide professional support to improve efficiency and maximise income
- Providing administration support in all aspects of the placement of new business, service of existing accounts and retention of renewals
- Ensure smooth running of the office by completing general office duties
- Responding positively to all enquiries received from AR’s, AR clients and underwriters in a courteous and helpful manner
- Developing effective working relationships with AR’s colleagues and underwriters
- Following relevant procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
- Promoting the services of the business
- Supporting colleagues and working as a team
