The Opportunity

Do you have previous experience within an Administrative capacity? Are you a confident and professional communicator?

A background within the insurance industry would be advantageous.

 

The Role

To provide professional support to improve efficiency and maximise income

 Key duties: 

  • Providing administration support in all aspects of the placement of new business, service of existing accounts and retention of renewals
  • Ensure smooth running of the office by completing general office duties
  • Responding positively to all enquiries received from AR’s, AR clients and underwriters in a courteous and helpful manner
  • Developing effective working relationships with AR’s colleagues and underwriters
  • Following relevant procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Promoting the services of the business
  • Supporting colleagues and working as a team

  • Great planning and organisational skills
  • Effective negotiation and objection handling skills
  • Previous experience within the insurance industry would be highly desirable
