You will work from a Leicester base but with close liaison with the UK Shared Service Centre in Manchester plus their London operation. Working across the sites, you will be tasked with day to day HR support as a secondary focus, with a primary focus on development, strategy, change management and employee engagement.
The company are going through a restructure within the UK due to significant growth. In the short term your role will largely be focused on the implementation of restructuring areas of the business. Once deducted, the position will evolve into something more strategic to include the scope of responsibilities within their European operations too.
We are seeking a CIPD Level 7 professional who is seeking the next step in their career. You should boast an impressive and demonstrable history of progression along with the ability to undertake engagement projects and change management.
This is not an ER heavy role, quite the opposite in fact due to the culture and it’s already engaged workforce. An ER heavy background isn’t what we are looking for, those who can clearly influence others and proven is essential.
Additionally, the ability to manage upwards, working with a parent company overseas, able to communicate and influence decision making within the frameworks of UK Employment Law
Salary guide is c£30k plus profit share scheme, private healthcare, pension.
