The Opportunity

Flowers Associates are working on behalf of a successful organisation who are now looking to appoint a commercially minded HR Business Partner.

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and mentoring management to ensure they have the right skills to manage their direct reports
  • Working closely with Directors and management on change projects
  • Resolving complex employee relation issues
  • Working in partnership with HR function to attract high calibre candidates for various recruitment needs
  • Influencing and challenging both internal and external stakeholders
  • Improving working relationships and increasing efficiency and productivity in the work place   

The Candidate

My client is looking for an ambitious and passionate HR professional who will add value to their business and drive as positive change.

 To be successful in the role you must demonstrate:

-Previous experience in leading a HR team

-have CIPD level 7 qualification

-have a full UK driving license
