Certainly one where HR professional, budding or highly experienced can put their stamp on it. My client is seeking a proactive and engaging HR Advisor / Business Partner to work closely with the operational management team at their HQ in Nuneaton.
Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day, ER casework and policy adherence. That’s the bread and butter bit. Additionally, you will be tasked to Champion the implementation of people strategies whilst being encouraged to drive home your own ideas. Primarily, the objective being to enhance, develop and continuously improve the business culture through behaviour.
Key responsibilities will include ER issues, leading change management programmes, supporting restructures, culture change, colleague engagement and organisational design. You will be supported by a small team in doing this.

You may have operated already in a similar role or be seeking the step up.
It is essential that you can demonstrate a solid understanding of employment law, solid HR generalist experience
MCIPD Qualified or working towards
A degree in HR or a business related degree would be highly desirable
Experience of dealing with a varied and sometimes complex caseload including absence management, performance, and capability issues
Excellent knowledge of Employment Law and Employee Relations, the practical application of it and the impact this can have on a business.
Able to demonstrate creativity, influence, passion for HR
Salary is negotiable.
