Business Administrator
Location: Leicester
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 DOE
Longevity: Temp role until May 2022 to be made permanent
Hours: Full Time 37.5 hrs

If so, this could be an exciting job opportunity to join this successful business as an Buisness Administrator.  Reporting to the Finance Director you will be working closely with the business as a whole providing a point of contact.


What duties are involved?

-Arranging/co-ordination of meetings both on and off-site as requested.  
-Ensure policies adhered to.
-Car administration – updating P11D spreadsheet, managing fleet issues ie repair coordination, pool cars, vehicles to be valeted or taken to the dealership as required.
-Ensure inductions for new employees conducted.
-Ensure documents and relevant policies on the Network that are available to MTUK are kept up to date
-Assist SHEQ department with specific administration tasks including becoming a confident Q-Pulse user. 
-Conduct audits as instructed by Quality Manager
-Provide administrative support to Senior Leadership team as required.
-What skills, experience & attributes are we looking for?

-Previous experience in administration particularly with event planning/organisational skills and working confidentially is preferable.
-Good PC skills: Word, Excel and Outlook,
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Effective time management skills
-The ability to multi-task effectively
-An approachable individual who integrates well within a team
