Hours: 9-5:30 Mon-Thu, Fri 9-4:30 36.5 hrs per week
About the Company
Our client is a dynamic, innovative and well established company, they are looking to appoint a Sales Administrator based at their Leicester office.
About the Opportunity
Applicants will have to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have some experience in administration preferred
Full induction and training will be given.

What duties are involved?
• Answering our busy Sales Telephone line.
• Processing Sales orders, via a variety of communications
• Preparation of commercial invoices and other supporting documents.
• Dealing with customer enquiries.
• Processing Invoices and Credits.
• Assist with Ad hoc duties within the administration department.
What skills, experience & attributes are we looking for?
• Previous experience within a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills
• High attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Work under pressure.
• Team player
