Location: South of Leicester
Hours: Monday to Wednesday( 2 x people required to do these days)- between the hours of 8am to 4pm
Wednesday to Friday ( 2 x people required to do these days)-- between the hours of 8am to 4pm
Working every alternative Sat on a rota basis. 08.00am – 13.00pm

Our client, a national and well-established brand, are immediately recruiting for a Service Admin Coordinator
You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst supporting and coordinating service engineers whilst working to SLA’s. Day to day you will be on the telephone, responding to e-mails, and liaising customers and engineers.
Your key tasks will include:
Receiving service calls from clients and logging call details accurately onto the company system
Allocating work to engineers in response to reactive and planned maintenance
Managing the allocation of reactive and planned work efficiently and effectively, ensuring this is done in a timely manner and SLAs are met
Ensuring time on site for reactive, quoted and planned maintenance works are within contract budgets/spend limits
Being the key point of contact for clients and engineers dealing with queries in a polite and professional manner
Responsible for identifying and highlighting potential issues with resource, skills and workloads
Effective communication with clients to ensure they are kept fully informed with regard to planned maintenance and reactive calls
Monitoring and review engineer workloads. As appropriate: manage outstanding jobs, switch jobs between engineers
Ensure computer system is kept consistently updated
To update client portals ensuring all relevant information is available
Liaising with our permits operator to ensure H&S documents in place for attendances
To attend courses and other training events in compliance with statutory requirements
To attend courses and training events to promote changes to general and technical work practices
To undertake further duties as reasonably required for business needs
