The Opportunity

ACCOUNT MANAGER


Location: Leicester


Salary: £17,000 plus a generous commission package


Longevity:  Permanent


Hours: Full Time: Monday to Friday on a rotating shift: -

8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

10:30am to 7pm-Monday to Friday

You will also be also required to work one in every 3 Saturdays from 9am to 12pm

About the Opportunity 

As an Account Manager you will be the first port of call for all new and existing customer enquiries into the business. Processing customer sales  and upselling additional products in order to maximise value to clients and increase business revenue. You will also take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, delivering excellent customer service via both inbound and outbound communication.

What duties are involved?



Ownership of accounts portfolio

Outbound customer contact regarding renewal payment applications

Inbound query management via phone, e-mail and online chat software

Contact new and existing data to promote the products and services they offer

Upsell and cross sell additional products

Build relationships to nurture and convert leads

Liaise with underwriters regarding new insurance proposals

Adhere to compliance requirements

To maintain a high degree of product knowledge
