The Opportunity

SALES ADMINISTRATOR-IMMEDIATE START!!



Location: Leicester



Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 per annum depending on skills and experience 



Longevity: Temporary with a view to become Permanent for the right candidate



Hours: Full-Time

Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 5:30pm 
Friday 8:30 am to  5pm

Our client is a well-established,  Manufacturing and Distribution business in Leicester who have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a small and friendly team .They have a long standing presence in Leicester and they stock a comprehensive range of products.



About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join the team initially on a temporary basis but with a view to become permanent for the right person.

This individual will be passionate about providing customer service, be pro-active with regular telesales calls to a defined list of customers and be the first point of contact for enquiries.

What duties are involved?

Input of sales orders from all accounts, in a timely manner, to ensure prompt despatch

· Regular pro-active telesales calls from a defined list of current accounts

· First point of contact for all field account email and phone enquiries

· Administrative assistance for field sales reps as required

· Dealing with new account enquiries, as directed by UK Sales Manager

· Dealing with company stationery requirements

· Assistance with catalogue maintenance and production

· Other, non-specific sales office tasks, as and when required

· Spare parts and consumer queries

· To undertake additional duties as may be assigned from time to time




What skills, experience & attributes are we looking for?



Previous experience of working as a Sales Administrator or in a customer facing role is essential for this role
An excellent telephone manner and be enthusiastic and positive by nature
Well organised with excellent IT skills
Be able to multi-task, to listen and do work to deadlines
Be passionate about customer service and care
Looking after existing customers and Account management
Building relationships and confident on the telephone



Working Hours & Holidays:


Hours: Full-Time

Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 5:30pm
Friday 8:30 am to pm
Free car parking
