The Opportunity

Customer Support Administrator (Temporary)

Immediate start

Salary: £10.25 per hour

Location: Near Loughborough - Own transport is essential

Working hours (rota basis):

Monday to Friday
· 07:30 to 15:30
· 08:30 to 16:30
· 09:00 to 17:00

The Opportunity

Our client based on the outskirts of Loughborough are looking to recruit a Customer Support Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis for around 3 months.

The successful Candidate will be responsible for coordinating all customer queries as well as general administration support. The ideal Candidate will pride themselves on delivering a first class customer service at all times and will enjoy going the extra mile.


The Role

Process all incoming orders via telephone/fax/email
Use relevant questioning techniques to drive customer service excellence and build customer relationships
Take responsibility for maintaining product knowledge across all brands of the business
Build and maintain strong relationship and interface support for external sales team
Monthly reporting
Deal with any customer queries, requests and problems promptly and escalating to the Customer Service Manager when necessary
Maintain databases, tracker reporting, new customer account set up
Proactively contributing to team projects
Ad hoc administration support

The Candidate

The successful candidate will:-
Have a good level of English and Math's
Have a sound background within a similar Customer Service role or Administration role
Be a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Be flexible in approach
Have strong IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc
Have an excellent telephone manner and be a strong communicator
