£16,000 + CII Study Support – 36.25 hrs per week

The Role

The role itself involves:

·         Workflow

·         Scheme Records & I.T. Systems

·         Legislative Requirements & Compliance

·         Customer Service

·         Rental Collection

·         VAT Registered Schemes

·         Contributions and tax refunds

·         Pension Payments

·         Fees

·         Reports/Returns/Levies

·         Property Insurance

·         Adviser Charges

 

The Candidate

The individual they are looking for must have a competent numerical ability along with being capable of processing data and has the ability to display a logical professional approach. Basic IT skills are essential, including excel formulas. Being able to concentrate and multi task due to the nature of the quiet but busy environment you’ll immerse yourself in. A previous exposure to admin is preferable.
