Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday – Friday 4 hours per day)
Pay Rate: £10 - £12ph Depending on experience.

Flowers Associates are a small boutique recruitment agency based in Groby, Leicester and due to internal progression, we are looking to recruit a Business Support Coordinator on a part time basis.

The Business Support Coordinator is a vital part of the team and offers varied duties and therefore requires someone who can easily multi task, prioritise and turn their hand to a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to;
Raising Sales invoices
Payroll (Previous payroll experience would be highly beneficial but isn’t essential)
Compliance including Right to work checks, AWR review, Referencing & GDPR
Weekly reporting using Excel
Chasing timesheets and assisting Temporary Recruitment consultant with any queries regarding payroll and holiday
New starter administration for Temporary workers
Reception duties, answering the phone and meeting and greeting visitors to the office
Purchasing – stationery, marketing materials, office consumables etc.
Liaising with External suppliers
Assisting recruitment consultants with sourcing where required
The ideal Candidate will have experience in a similar administration role and ideally will have some payroll or basic accounts experience.
As this is a stand-alone Administration role, we are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work on their own initiative.
