Embarking on his recruitment career in 2005, Adam worked for a successful Finance & Accountancy recruitment agency, progressing through the ranks at pace and launching his own agency, Flowers Associates in 2007.
Adam has a head for business and a sound understanding of Finance, HR & Marketing. His consultative approach, innovative ideas and keen eye for those candidates who positively influence relationships and revenue blend perfectly. An impressive network, combined with first hand understanding, enables a collaborative partnership approach to his recruitment style.

Laura has also enjoyed around 20 years in the recruitment industry, enjoying success in both contingency recruitment and RPO, with experience consulting within a range of businesses from FTSE 100 to small boutique and family businesses.
